Exhibit booths will be located at the Diamond Hall (Gold and Nickel Rooms) of Tavern Hotel.

Each booth measures (2 x 2 meters).

PIChE will provide the booth panels. Please give prior notice if you will require power outlets for your booth.

All sponsors are required to submit a list of items to be brought in to the convention area for clearance with the hotel administration if needed.

All sponsors are held responsible for all the items brought in or used at the exhibit booths.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony for the exhibit is scheduled on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at 2:00P.M. All set-up activities must be finished before 1:30PM.

The exhibit area will close on February 17, 2012 at 5:00 PM.
